Tomato and Basil

With our sauces, we take the Hassle out of preparing and cooking, providing simplicity without the time and to some expertise. Our Tomato and Basil is the perfect example. Take a quality Minced beef and fry off with minimal oil, allow the beef to cook in its own fat. Don’t drain, simply add the tomato and basil sauce until you have the meat/sauce ration you want.

Meantime take some dry pasta and boil until nice and soft. Drain the pasta and serve with the lovely aromatic tomato and basil sauce. Finish off with a covering of cheese or parmesan and needless to say a nice portion of garlic bread.
