Et Voila Black Bean Sauce is a pre-made sauce that is inspired by Chinese cuisine. It is a savoury and flavourful sauce that is made with fermented black beans, garlic, soy sauce, and various seasonings. This sauce is commonly used in Chinese stir-fry dishes and is particularly popular in Szechuan cuisine.

The sauce is perfect for use with a variety of meats such as beef, chicken, or pork, as well as with vegetables. It can also be used as a marinade for meat or as a dipping sauce for steamed or fried dumplings.

All of our products are produced using the best ingredients, we do not bulk out with water. Produced with mild head, allowing you to adjust if required or just add meat and/or accompaniments and... Et Voilà!

Ingredients: Water, Black Beans (15%), Corn Flour, Dark Soy Sauce (Water, SOY Extract, WHEAT Flour, Salt, BARLEY Malt Vinegar, BARLEY Malt Extract) (15%), White Wine Vinegar, Onion, Red Pepper Puree, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Garlic Puree (Granulated Garlic, Citric Acid, Water), Vegetable Stock (Water, Onion Powder, Carrot Juice Powder, Tomato Powder, Herb (Lovage), Dried Glucose Syrup, Yeast Extract, Rapeseed Oil, Natural Flavouring, Ginger Powder, Acid (Lactic).
